We operate a 7 day returns policy from the date of purchase in the UK and 21 days for the rest of world. 

FREE RETURNS WITHIN THE UK | We offer FREE returns within the UK whether its for an exchange or refund. Simply fill out the reason for return section on the invoice and post the parcel pack to us. We must ask you to use Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For postage only, we will NOT refund to the value of 1st Class Signed For. We then ask you to keep hold of your receipt and send us an email with a picture or photocopy of your receipt. Once we have received your parcel, we will refund or exchange your purchase - usually on the same day.

Please obtain a proof of postage with the date in case a parcel doesn't get to us within the time limit, we may need to make sure it was sent in time. 

We accept returns for incorrect sizes, unwanted items and faulty items.

We can only refund the postage via PayPal using your account email at this time. Unfortunately, we can not issue free returns if you do not have a PayPal account.

We CAN NOT accept any items that have been tampered with, opened or used. This includes clothing which has been soiled or carries an odour.


REFUNDS | As payments can come to us in two ways there are two refund times. Orders placed via PayPal will be refunded to your account instantly. Payments made via credit, debit or any other card can take up to 7 working days to go back into your account. Note that refunds will only be made once the parcel is received. The cost of return postage can only be reimbursed if the receipt is emailed to us.


EXCHANGE | We can exchange products for another size, scent or style as along as the original product is in its original condition. If we don't have your preferred size a full refund will be issued. 

We only accept returns via a tracked service to avoid your parcel getting lost, we cannot accept any responsibility if the parcel gets lost and is untraceable. Remember to keep hold of your receipt as you will need this to claim the cost or your return with us   

Please note that orders that do not meet our returns policy will not be accepted and your refund will not be given. The product will be kept safe for 14 working days for your collection, we will contact to arrange redelivery.

Please note that the times stated are guidelines given to us by our partners. We have no control over the transfer, we simply click refund and our partners make sure the money is with you safely and securely. We can not speed up any transactions.
